Terms of Service

Win Win is currently a small, invite-only product in a friends-and-testing stage. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet, features and these terms may change as we go, and you should expect the occasional rough edge. By using Win Win you agree to the terms below.

What Win Win is

Win Win lets you save your referral links and discount codes in one place, and share them with people you're personally connected to via a private invite - never with strangers or the public.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• The name and information you provide should be your own and reasonably accurate.
• One account per person, please.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Win Win to share other people's private information without their consent.
• Don't use the invite or connection system to spam or contact people who haven't agreed to connect with you.
• Don't post referral links or codes that are fraudulent, stolen, or that you're not entitled to share.
• Don't attempt to access another user's account or data you haven't been given access to.

Your content

You keep ownership of the referral links, codes, and other content you add. By adding it, you're allowing Win Win to store it and show it to the connections you choose to share it with.

If you add a new platform that isn't in our list yet, it goes live right away so your link is usable immediately, but it's reviewed afterwards and may be renamed, merged with an existing platform, or removed if it doesn't belong.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page - this removes your links, codes, and connections permanently. We may also suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

Win Win is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, while it's in this early testing stage. We'll do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms as Win Win develops. If we make a change that materially affects how the product works, we'll let you know in the app.
